Job Description

- 24-hour call coverage -- 7 am to 7 am, 1 - 2 weeks per month
- Average 1 - 2 callbacks per day
- Admits patients 18 and older -- stabilize and transfer under 18
- Must be willing to round on patients
- Hospital privileges required
- ATLS certification required
- Skills: emergency general surgery, trauma surgery, chest tube, central line
- Level III trauma surgery required
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
